any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from EBL you are
welcome to send it back to us for a full refund or exchange.
A valid order number is required for all returns, exchanges, price matches
and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original
condition and include all accessories. All returns, exchanges and price
adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. EBL reserves the
right to request identification and to deny any return that we suspect to be
fraudulent.
30-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase. Please review
the exceptions below.
14-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 14 days from the original purchase on computers,
monitors, notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, and
network attached storage equipment.
Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include labor and/or installation services, consumable
items, or items that are damaged or abused. Opened computer software can be
exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
Restocking fee
If your item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you
(sealed and unopened) we will not charge you a restocking fee since we can just
turn around and resell it. If you return a computer or notebook that
requires to be re-imaged and/or recertified, or that is missing any of the
original accessories we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee equal to
the value of the missing items or the amount of work required to bring the
computer up to certification. A restocking fee will also be charged on
opened projectors, camcorders, and digital cameras unless defective or
prohibited by law.
Rebate policy
Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the
purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund
amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per
household or address.
Refund method
Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash, debit or
check purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 10
business days of return.
Note regarding personal data on returned or exchanged products
Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data,
videotapes) from any returned or exchanged products. EBL is not responsible for
any personal data left on or in a returned or exchanged product.
